Senior Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Operations UAT.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations related to capacity planning, productivity management, quality control, and system functionality
• Perform data analysis to measure effectiveness and return on investment of product activities
• Collaborate with staff to initiate process changes that enhance quality and reduce costs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 6+ years of operations experience
• Experience with managed care, insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid preferred
• People leadership experience highly preferred
• Healthcare or software testing experience highly preferred
