Senior Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Senior Manager to support the leadership team in operational rigor and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage rhythm of business, executive communications, and key global initiatives
• Collaborate with COO teams to support CSM and CSAL Delivery, Communications, and Programs
• Lead preparation of content for high-stakes Success and Sales meetings and partner on Customer Success metrics

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in business operations, strategy, or program management in a SaaS environment
• Strong relationship-building with senior leaders (VPs)
• Agility and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Highly recommended Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills
