Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the weekly operating cadence for delivery performance, ensuring visibility into volume, capacity, deadlines, quality, and risks
• Identify bottlenecks and redesign workflows to improve operational efficiency and scalability
• Develop staffing and capacity models, making recommendations on resourcing and performance targets

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in leading operations in a service-based, high-volume, or fast-growth environment
• Direct experience in scaling workflows and improving cycle times
• Proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency without proportional headcount increases
• Experience with capacity planning, forecasting, and performance management
• Strong documentation habits and technical proficiency, including practical use of AI tools
