Senior Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Operations Manager, B2B Growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B visit volume by identifying gaps and ensuring partnerships convert referrals into completed visits
• Manage the operational onboarding of new B2B partners, coordinating implementation plans and serving as the primary operational contact
• Develop and document standard operating procedures for partner workflows, ensuring clarity and scalability

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in virtual or tech-enabled care delivery
• Experience in healthcare operations, implementation management, or B2B partnerships at a high-growth company
• Proven ability to build SOPs and operational processes from scratch
• Experience leading and developing frontline teams, including hiring and performance management
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field is a plus
