Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the end-to-end paid acquisition strategy for sourcing expert contributors
• Manage ad channel strategy including deployment, budget allocation, and audience targeting
• Design and own the growth operations dashboard and manage weekly campaign performance reporting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth operations, performance marketing, or demand generation
• Proven experience managing paid acquisition campaigns at scale
• Experience building demand forecasting models
• Strong analytical skills using SQL
• Prior experience with operations-heavy business models such as marketplaces or staffing platforms
