Senior Operations Manager

Job Summary

Senior Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operational performance of a direct-to-consumer business in a full-time role, focusing on fulfillment, inventory, logistics, and order management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily performance of 3PL fulfillment partners and enforce SLA standards
• Ensure inventory accuracy and lead cycle counts and reconciliation efforts
• Oversee order management processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in D2C or ecommerce operations, with at least 2 years in a senior role
• Proven experience managing 3PL partners and fulfillment networks
• Strong knowledge of ERP, OMS, and WMS platforms
• Experience with peak season planning in high growth environments
• People leadership experience, including coaching and performance management
