Job Summary

As a critical contributor to scaling Virtual Card Operations, the full-time Senior Outsourced Operations Manager will manage operational performance across multiple BPO sites, establish operating rhythms, and drive vendor accountability while collaborating with cross-functional leadership.

Key responsibilities:
  • Drive operational performance and build trusted relationships with site leaders, holding partners accountable to KPIs and metrics
  • Develop and lead a rigorous operating cadence, including Weekly and Monthly Business Reviews, to track insights and improvements
  • Analyze performance data to identify gaps and execute improvement plans with clear ownership and timelines
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field
  • 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional stakeholder expectations
  • Proficiency in SQL with 3+ years of experience
  • 1+ years of experience working with Python and familiarity with coding best practices
  • Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau
