Job Summary

Collaborating with executive leaders, the full-time Senior Operations Manager will oversee vendor management, contracting negotiations, and financial management processes for the Clinical and Revenue Cycle Business Office in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships and ensure clarity and accountability in agreements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, and Legal to support operational efficiency
• Drive strategic alignment of financial workflows with organizational goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in healthcare or consulting, with leadership experience in health insurance or clinically integrated networks
