Job Summary

Collaborating with executive leaders, the full-time remote Senior Operations Manager will oversee vendor management, contracting negotiations, and financial processes to ensure strategic alignment within the Clinical and Revenue Cycle Business Office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships and agreements to support operational clarity and accountability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, and Legal to streamline operations
• Implement initiatives for healthcare growth and business development to achieve outstanding results

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 5 years of experience in healthcare, health systems, or consulting, with leadership experience in health insurance or ACO arrangements
• Demonstrated success in healthcare growth and business development initiatives
