Job Summary

Collaborating with executive leaders, the full-time Senior Operations Manager will oversee vendor management, contracting review, and financial processes to ensure strategic alignment and operational clarity within the Clinical and Revenue Cycle Business Office, working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships and financial workflows to support CRCA's technology and application portfolio
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, and Procurement to ensure smooth operations and strategic alignment
• Participate in contracting review and negotiation processes to enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 5 years of experience in healthcare, health systems, or consulting, with leadership experience in health insurance or clinically integrated networks
• Demonstrated experience in healthcare growth and business development with successful initiative implementation
