Job Summary

Collaborating with executive leaders, the full-time remote Senior Operations Manager will oversee vendor management, contracting negotiations, and financial processes to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency within the Clinical and Revenue Cycle Business Office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships and ensure clarity and accountability in agreements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, and Legal to support operational processes
• Lead financial management initiatives to align with organizational goals and drive business development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 5 years of experience in healthcare or consulting, with leadership experience in health insurance or ACO arrangements
• Proven track record in healthcare growth and business development initiatives
