Job Summary

Collaborating with executive leaders, the full-time remote Senior Operations Manager will oversee vendor management, contracting negotiations, and financial processes to ensure strategic alignment within the Clinical and Revenue Cycle Business Office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships and agreements to support operational efficiency
• Lead contracting reviews and negotiations to align with organizational goals
• Coordinate with IT, Finance, Legal, and stakeholders to enhance operational workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 5 years of healthcare or consulting experience, including leadership in health insurance or ACO arrangements
• Proven track record in healthcare growth and business development initiatives
