Job Summary

Driving operational excellence, the full-time Senior Operations Manager will oversee delivery performance, enhance scalability through process optimization, and manage capacity planning while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the weekly operating rhythm for delivery performance, ensuring visibility into volume, capacity, and quality
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in workflows, standardizing processes into clear SOPs for scalability
• Develop and maintain staffing and capacity models to align with operational demands and performance targets

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading operations in a service-based, high-volume, or fast-growth environment
• Proven track record in scaling workflows and improving operational efficiency without proportional headcount increases
• Experience with capacity planning, forecasting, and performance management
• Strong documentation habits, including SOPs and process maps
• Technical proficiency with modern tools, including practical use of AI for workflow automation
