Senior Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Operations Manager will manage daily operations, lead process improvements, and mentor staff while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and continuous improvement of operational processes in collaboration with senior leadership
• Manage and mentor operations staff, providing direction and support on daily priorities
• Facilitate communication and alignment between sales and programs teams to address cross-functional needs

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience managing staff and leading cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of the intersection between sales and program operations
• Proven ability to build and scale operational systems across an organization
• Proficiency with Notion, Google Drive, and Airtable
