Senior Operations Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end operational performance of the direct-to-consumer business, the full-time remote Senior Operations Manager will manage fulfillment, logistics, and inventory across the 3PL network while driving operational standards and efficiency as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily performance management of 3PL fulfillment partners and enforce SLA standards
• Oversee inventory accuracy and manage order flow from creation to shipment confirmation
• Build and maintain operations scorecards, delivering performance insights to leadership

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in D2C or ecommerce operations, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity
• Proven experience managing 3PL partners and fulfillment networks
• Strong knowledge of ERP, OMS, and WMS platforms
• Experience with peak season planning in high-growth environments
• People leadership experience, including coaching and performance management
