Job Summary

Driving operational efficiency and scalability, the full-time Senior Operations Manager will manage weekly performance metrics, identify workflow bottlenecks, and enhance capacity planning while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and run the weekly operating rhythm for delivery performance, ensuring visibility into volume, capacity, and quality
• Identify and redesign workflows to improve operational efficiency and standardize processes into clear SOPs
• Build and maintain staffing and capacity models, making recommendations on resourcing and performance targets

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading operations in a service-based, high-volume, or fast-growth environment
• Direct experience in scaling workflows and improving cycle times
• Experience with capacity planning, forecasting, and performance management
• Strong documentation habits, including SOPs and process maps
• Comfortable using AI tools and modern technology to enhance workflows
