Job Summary

Seeking a high-energy, growth-minded Senior Operations Manager, the full-time remote position will lead, scale, and optimize clinical intake and family onboarding pipelines while treating family inquiries as crucial opportunities for delivering value in autism therapy.

Key responsibilities
  • Directly manage and coach intake and orientation teams, focusing on call quality and outreach execution
  • Own top-of-funnel pipeline performance, driving speed-to-lead times and maximizing conversion rates from inquiry to completed orientation
  • Oversee compliant data collection pipelines and adapt workflows based on daily performance trends to improve operational agility
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in managing or supporting inside sales, intake pipelines, or high-volume customer success environments
  • Proven leadership experience in scaling and coaching teams within performance-driven operations
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, shifting startup cultures with a high tolerance for ambiguity
  • Fluency in modern CRMs and task management tools, with experience in HubSpot, ClickUp, and Aircall preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, particularly in guiding sensitive family dynamics
