Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Operations Manager will ensure the reliability, speed, and security of complex technology systems while providing world-class technical support and operational solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and develop team members, conducting performance evaluations and overseeing recruitment
• Coordinate daily team activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff to meet departmental deadlines
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract approvals and risk assessments, while ensuring business continuity and disaster recovery efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management
• Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and achieve operational targets
• Ability to manage sensitive information and handle complex problem-solving
• Proven experience in evaluating and implementing strategic technological solutions
