Job Summary
Overseeing customer service and daily operations for e-commerce businesses, the full-time Senior Operations Manager will ensure timely and accurate service while managing relationships with warehouse and fulfillment partners in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on satisfaction
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and communicate with 3PL partners to ensure accurate order processing
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in a customer-facing role in e-commerce or apparel
- Direct experience managing 3PL relationships for order processing and shipping
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or CRMs such as Shopify or Zendesk
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
