Senior Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing Insurtech company, the full-time remote Senior Operations Manager will oversee BPO programs, manage vendor relationships, and drive process optimization while ensuring compliance with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with BPO vendors, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery
• Monitor BPO performance through KPIs and SLAs, preparing executive-level reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA) is a plus
• 3+ years of P&C commercial insurance experience required
• 3-5+ years of experience in vendor management or BPO operations
• Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt strongly preferred
• Proficiency with enterprise ticketing/workflow platforms and data analysis tools
