Senior Operations Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing operations and business strategy, the full-time Senior Operations Manager will utilize cross-functional departments to meet strategic objectives, focusing on demand forecasting, capacity planning, and staffing requirements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop staffing models and productivity assumptions while identifying future capacity gaps and workforce risks
• Perform data analysis to evolve metrics for measuring effectiveness and return on investment of product activities
• Collaborate with staff to implement process changes that enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve satisfaction for staff, providers, and members

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of operations experience, preferably in managed care, insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid
• Demonstrated workforce management experience across back-office environments
