Senior Operations Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly organized and technically fluent Senior Operations Manager for a full-time remote role who will manage operational insights, reporting, and process improvements while driving cross-functional initiatives and leveraging AI and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the reporting layer for operations, maintaining dashboards and performance reviews to inform leadership decisions
- Lead end-to-end implementation of improvement initiatives, ensuring accountability and tracking commitments across teams

Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in operations, business operations, or service delivery, preferably in the insurance industry
- Hands-on experience with operational platforms and advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL
- Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives to completion with a bias toward action and follow-through
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work from raw data to actionable insights
- Experience leading initiatives and mentoring others, with effective collaboration across functions
