Senior Operations Manager, Coding

Job Summary

To support the growth of the Coding division, the full-time Senior Operations Manager, Supply - Coding will manage supply strategy and capacity planning, ensuring high-quality coding experts are available to meet customer demand while optimizing performance metrics and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Coding pod's supply strategy and capacity planning, forecasting future talent needs and aligning supply investments with business priorities
• Manage coding supply performance metrics, designing and owning the supply operations dashboard in partnership with Analytics
• Optimize expert allocation and incentives to maximize utilization and delivery outcomes while scaling supply channels and managing risk

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth operations, supply operations, or related roles in high-growth environments
• Experience building supply and demand forecasting models, including scenario-based planning
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL and data-driven decision-making
• Demonstrated experience operating in marketplace or two-sided platform businesses
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and translate business demand signals into actionable supply strategies
