Senior Operations Manager, Hospital Billing

Job Summary

Owning hospital launches end to end, the full-time Senior Operations Manager, Hospital Billing will build and execute implementation processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing key accounts in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead hospital launches from contract signature through stabilized production billing as the primary contact for the account
• Create and refine the hospital launch playbook, including customer management workflows and automation processes
• Collaborate with customer leadership and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of complex implementation plans

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company
• Demonstrated ability to create opportunities and seek ownership positions
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with a robust analytical background preferred
• Expertise in project management with a track record of deploying multiple projects in fast-paced environments
• Experience in healthcare or revenue cycle management is a plus
