Senior Operations Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Operations Program Manager to oversee the transition of products from concept to mass production.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete product lifecycle, ensuring readiness across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain functions
• Collaborate with engineering to influence product design for manufacturability, testability, cost, and scalability
• Drive program execution while balancing technical details to meet objectives for schedule, quality, and cost

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial)
• 7+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or engineering
• Proven experience in taking complex technical products from development to mass production
• Direct contract manufacturing experience
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance; US Citizenship is required
