Senior Operations Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Operations Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive cross-functional processes for key initiatives within the business
- Drive adoption of key business lines and optimize processes through data analysis
- Perform data analysis for recurring reports and ad hoc projects
Required Qualifications:
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in product or program management in the software industry
- Experience in operational programs leveraging Queuing Theory, Six Sigma Principles, or Continuous Improvement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Highly analytical approach enabling rapid decision-making
- PMP certification or 10+ years of program management experience
