Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or strategy in a tech company
• Proven track record of leading cross-organizational programs from concept through delivery
• Experience with data-driven decision making and analytics tools
• Experience leading strategic planning cycles and daily operations in a large organization
• Ability to switch between high-level strategic thinking and detail-oriented execution
