Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Operations Project Management to lead strategic operations projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are achieved
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations for successful execution
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and adjusting plans as business needs evolve

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in strategic project management with Operations
• Proven ability to drive initiatives from concept to completion with measurable business results
• Strong critical thinking and sound judgment skills
• PMP Certification preferred
