A company is looking for a Senior Operations Research Specialist - Mathematical Optimizer.

Key Responsibilities

Improve the performance of existing optimization solvers, including LP and MILP
Support additional problem types such as MIQP, MIQCP, and MINLP
Collaborate with other developers, testers, and technical support to ensure secure software development

Required Qualifications

PhD in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
8+ years of experience with LP, MILP, QP, or other mathematical optimization solvers
5+ years of programming experience in C or C++
Experience with commercial-grade software development
Interest in LP simplex algorithm performance and related optimization techniques
