Key Responsibilities

Improve performance of existing optimization solvers, including LP and MILP
Support additional problem types such as MIQP, MIQCP, and MINLP
Collaborate with solver developers, testers, consultants, and technical support

Required Qualifications

PhD in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
8+ years of experience with mathematical optimization solvers
5+ years of programming experience in C or C++
Experience with commercial-grade software development
Interest in optimization algorithm performance
