Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Operations Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acts as the escalation point for operational issues, serving as the primary communicator for lifecycle concerns
  • Defines custom reporting and conducts operations reviews to highlight performance trends and identify service improvement opportunities
  • Directs customer implementation efforts for enterprise-level automation and AI solutions, and facilitates Service Improvement Plans (SIPs)
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or 6+ years of relevant job experience
  • Experience in customer advocacy and liaison roles for enterprise accounts
  • Knowledge of operational processes and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
  • Experience with large-scale project management and change management processes
