Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process guidelines to streamline workflows and embed best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational needs and drive successful adoption of process improvements
- Analyze operational issues and lead efforts to implement actionable solutions that enhance performance and align with business goals
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in the Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance industry
- Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and implementing business processes and optimizing workflows
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related fields, or equivalent experience
- Experience working with Information Technology (IT) teams and BPO partnerships
- Process design or continuous improvement certification(s) are a plus
