Senior Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Owning end-to-end delivery of initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Operations Specialist will manage product launches, growth campaigns, and brand partnerships while serving as the primary subject matter authority and advisor to the Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project plans for Operational Readiness & Implementation initiatives, ensuring quality and timely execution
• Conduct structured impact assessments and develop risk-based readiness frameworks for operational processes
• Provide guidance to the Operations Specialist and represent ORI in cross-functional planning sessions

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in operations, program management, or healthcare operations
• Proven track record of independently delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Experience in designing operational enablement programs like SOPs and training frameworks
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
• High comfort with ambiguity and a demonstrated ability to create structure in evolving environments
