Job Summary

Supporting the SVP of Operations and Strategic Implementation, the full-time remote Senior Strategic Operations Specialist will manage complex projects, develop operational processes, and contribute to executive-level initiatives aligned with the organization's strategic mission.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the SVP of Operations to manage strategic priorities and prepare executive materials
• Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines and accountability structures are maintained
• Design and implement operational processes and standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Strong background in healthcare operations or health plan management
• Experience supporting executive-level operations or initiatives
• Familiarity with process design and operational improvement methodologies
• Knowledge of managed care and behavioral health operations
