Senior Operations Strategy Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Operations Strategy (FinCrimes Operations) in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and drive strategic projects around financial crime risk mitigation framework
- Take a data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Prepare and update materials covering divisional performance and project progress
Required Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience, preferably with a fast-growing tech startup or top-tier strategy/management consulting firm
- Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL
- Good understanding of global compliance risk (AML, Sanctions, etc.)
- Technology, financial services, and/or experience in a high-growth environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
