Senior Operations Strategy Manager

Job Summary

Driving high-priority operational initiatives from strategy through execution, the fully remote Senior Operations Strategy Manager will design and deliver solutions across clinical operations, commercial growth, and revenue cycle while managing complex cross-functional projects and providing analytical insights to leadership.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the design and delivery of operational initiatives, ensuring scalability and measurable results
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on timelines and initiative goals, engaging executive sponsors for feasibility assessments
• Build financial models and operational metrics to support data-driven decision-making and diagnose inefficiencies

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, health policy, or a related field
• 5 to 7 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or a similar analytical role, preferably in healthcare or a high-growth startup
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from design through delivery with strong project management instincts
• Strong analytical skills with experience in building business cases and operational metrics frameworks
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders and synthesize complex information
