Senior Operations Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior BOSC Operations Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze information to identify fraud indicators and conduct due diligence
• Facilitate team meetings and coordinate work with the offshore Advanced Data Management Team
• Manage national operational priorities and liaise with leadership to synthesize workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8-10+ years of relevant experience or an associate's degree with 10-12+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in a healthcare provider, central office environment, or revenue cycle outsourcing
• Prior experience in program support/management or operations/administrative support roles
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience with PowerBI and Microsoft Power Apps is a plus
