Senior Operations Support Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Advertising Operations team, the full-time Senior Operations Support Specialist will manage the Partner Support queue for Building Showcase campaigns, resolve complex issues, and optimize processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for StreetEasy's listing verification process and advertising products
• Resolve high-priority escalations with a focus on speed and accuracy while maintaining internal documentation and training materials
• Identify trends in support volume and advocate for product or process improvements to enhance the customer journey

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years in an operations or technical support role
• Proficiency in leveraging frontline tools to extract insights and streamline workflows
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong technical aptitude and communication skills for building relationships with partners and internal teams
• A proactive approach to process improvements that balance operational efficiency with customer satisfaction
