Senior Operations Technician

Job Summary

Supporting commercial lines operations, the full-time Senior Operations Technician will manage policy transactions, respond to inquiries, and ensure compliance with documentation standards, working onsite in Stevens Point, WI; Davenport, IA; or Edwardsville, IL.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external information requests, providing clear explanations of plan details and processing requirements
• Document and maintain customer policy information, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company standards
• Process and release policy documentation, including certificates of insurance, and support new and renewal transactions

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience; Associate Degree preferred
• Experience supporting commercial lines insurance operations preferred
• Organizational skills with the ability to meet service standards and deadlines
• Ability to interact effectively in a team environment
