Senior Operations Workflow Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Operations Workflow Analyst will leverage data-driven insights to analyze daily workloads, evaluate resource allocation, and support effective management of underwriting workflows while collaborating closely with underwriting leaders.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead intraday and short-term capacity management, aligning staffing to changing workload demands and service level targets
• Analyze volume trends, forecasts, and operational drivers to optimize resource allocation and provide real-time prioritization guidance
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend data-driven process improvements to enhance operational performance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in insurance, financial services, or operations
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and policy structures
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe
• Proven success with third-party vendor contracts and oversight
