Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Operations Project Manager in Retrieval Ops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee performance levels of Retrieval Ops Shared Services, including KPIs and metrics reporting
- Act as main point of contact for vendors and staff relying on Shared Services Retrieval Ops services
- Monitor statistics of performance and drive completion of projects and departmental goals
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of previous call center leadership with sales or collections experience preferred
- Previous experience in a supervisory or project management position
- Knowledge of Cotiviti procedures and policies preferred
