Senior Oracle APEX Developer
Job Summary
To support a federal financial management system, the fully remote Senior Oracle APEX Developer will manage end-to-end Oracle APEX application development, troubleshoot production defects, and enhance the team's source control practices using GitLab.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Oracle APEX application development, including page design and process logic
- Diagnose and resolve production defects across APEX applications under defined SLA windows
- Design, develop, and optimize complex PL/SQL packages and maintain database objects for federal financial processing
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development experience, including advanced stored procedures and performance optimization
- 4+ years of Oracle APEX development experience with demonstrated production application ownership
- Proven experience working within federal IT contractor environments, including ATO constraints and SCR-based workflows
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust clearance or higher
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent demonstrable experience)
