Senior Oracle Data Engineer

Job Summary

Providing operational support for Oracle databases, the full-time Senior Oracle Data Engineer will manage database performance, conduct data migrations, and assist in application code deployments while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing operational support for Oracle Databases across various environments from development to production
• Conduct data migrations and assist in manual and automated application code deployments
• Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting to maintain system stability and address root cause issues

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 5+ years of Oracle Operational DBA experience in the IT industry
• 5+ years of experience supporting/maintaining database systems in Exadata, Unix, and Windows environments
• 5+ years of experience with RAC technologies 19c and Oracle Dataguard
• 2+ years of experience with other relational databases such as MS-SQL, MySQL, and Postgres
