Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Oracle HCM Time & Labor (OTL) Techno-Functional Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business process workshops and advise clients on adopting the Oracle Cloud solution
- Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud module solution and support clients during testing and post-go-live phases
- Mentor junior team members and ensure client work is completed on time and within budget
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 7 years relevant experience
- 6+ years of experience in HRIS or IT related fields
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM functional configuration and implementation, focusing on Time, Labor, and Payroll
- Proficiency in SQL and/or Advanced Excel
- Experience with HCM SaaS applications
