Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Oracle HCM Time & Labor (OTL) Techno-Functional Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business process workshops and advise clients on adopting the Oracle Cloud solution
  • Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud module solution and support clients during testing and post-go-live phases
  • Mentor junior team members and ensure client work is completed on time and within budget


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 7 years relevant experience
  • 6+ years of experience in HRIS or IT related fields
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM functional configuration and implementation, focusing on Time, Labor, and Payroll
  • Proficiency in SQL and/or Advanced Excel
  • Experience with HCM SaaS applications
