Senior Oracle HCM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant (Redwood UI | ORC | Core HR).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Senior Functional SME for Oracle HCM Cloud modules, providing production support and issue resolution
• Translate HR business needs into functional requirements and solution designs while optimizing Redwood UI functionality
• Build and support HR reports using OTBI and BI Publisher, ensuring data accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Functional) and Redwood UI
• Knowledge of Core HR, Talent Management, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), and Onboarding
• Experience in production support, troubleshooting, and solution design
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher
• Proficiency in using Jira or similar work management tools
