Senior Order Fulfillment Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing day-to-day order fulfillment operations for EMEA, the fully remote Senior Order Fulfillment Manager will manage customer service, order processing, logistics, and delivery tracking while serving as the primary escalation point for order-related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of order fulfillment, including customer service and logistics coordination
• Drive resolution of complex order-related issues and provide leadership to the EMEA Order Management team
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to enhance order accuracy and customer experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of relevant order management experience
• Based in the Netherlands or UK with full right to work
• Prior experience in order management, order fulfillment, or supply chain
• Proficiency in personal computers and related software applications
