Senior Order Management Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Order Management Analyst will evaluate and process customer orders, apply structured thinking to complex deal scenarios, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance in the quote-to-cash process.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and process customer orders with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and downstream impact
• Analyze order data to identify patterns, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement
• Document and operationalize improvements that increase consistency, scalability, and throughput

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 3+ years of experience in order management, sales operations, or revenue operations within a fast-paced environment
• Strong command of CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce required; NetSuite, SAP, or similar preferred)
• Proven ability to manage high volumes of work while balancing accuracy, urgency, and business impact
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to move fast without breaking things
