Senior Order Management Analyst

Job Summary

Joining the Accounting team, the full-time Senior Order Management Analyst will manage the setup and processing of Sales Orders and Professional Services Projects using NetSuite and Salesforce, while serving as a subject matter expert and collaborating with various operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the setup and processing of Sales Orders and Professional Services Projects, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Act as the point of escalation for the Order Management team and assist in reviewing Sales Orders for approvals and billing
• Collaborate with the Revenue Accounting team to address non-standard contract terms and ensure accurate revenue recognition

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3 years of order management, billing, and/or revenue operations experience
• Demonstrated experience with NetSuite and Salesforce
• 2+ years of Excel experience, including Vlookups, pivot tables, and formulas
• Ability to work Eastern or Central Timezone Business Hours
