Senior Order Management Specialist

Job Summary

Leading the execution and continuous improvement of the order-to-cash process, the full-time remote Senior Order Management Specialist will manage order application platforms, enhance user experience, and ensure revenue integrity while collaborating cross-functionally to implement system enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day performance of order-to-cash systems operations and functionality
• Identify and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and improve customer experience
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to support OTC systems, ensuring stability and data integrity

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in order management or OTC operations
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and experience with enterprise systems like SAP S/4HANA
• Project management experience with the ability to manage timelines and cross-functional deliverables
• Proficiency in data analysis and use of analytics tools such as Power BI and Excel
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance environments such as GDP and SOX
