Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Order Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and validate orders for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies
Process and manage orders within platforms ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment
Troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues promptly

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience as Order Management Specialist, preferably in a senior role
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce and finance ERP platforms
Experience implementing and optimizing order management processes
Experience with implementation of finance ERP platforms, with an emphasis on order management functions (nice to have)
